On the lock up shaft is that third ball plugging the converter fill port? If so that would be a bad mistake to make to swap parts around.

I looked over the parts I have on the shelf and they look just like the picture. So I put a tag on the lockup part to keep me from using it by accident. The pump bodies appeared to be identical as did the pumps so all of that looks like it can be interchanged. I didn't even know that I had a lock up 727 sitting under the bench until I tore into it. It has been sitting back there for 10 years and I never took a close look at it. I think it came out of a 1978 Cordoba that I parted out years ago. I just pushed the trans under a bench and figured I'd look at it some day. It has a lot of nice looking parts inside so I've been going thru it trying to see what I can use. Looks like I can use most of it except for the input shaft, reaction shaft and valve body.
