Good place to start is Ritter-Racing on here for a look at what an +800hp small block would run you. He is very reasonable price wise.....One of our guys is building one and is going from a W2 to W9.....Should be faster than anything I own when he is done....

And anything that went 11.20's is not going to hold up....front suspension, rear suspension, axle, fuel system, gauges, etc...All of that will need updating...let alone the cage and safety equipment..
