Doubtful, because with EFI fuel is always moving, a carb doesn't have fuel continuously moving due to the float setup.


The setup he was referring to has the regulator in the fuel tank. Therefore the only fuel really "moving" while stopped is what is being bypassed in the tank and what is at the injector. Not much between the tank and the injector.
