I have a success story... I shipped a '69 Charger Grill and bezels in one box by Greyhound Bus. I was REALLY nervous that it wouldn't go well, especially since they would only insure it for $300. It got from here in WI to Oregon in 5 days and in perfect condition. And price was relatively reasonable!
The box was extremely nice for shipping grills!!! up
