Ive had a couple of /6 trucks in the past before this one... a 79 short bed and a 69 long bed.....and my son now has an 80 stepside with a slant in it... I have Super 6 setups for both his, and my trucks.
definitely wish I could get that 69 back.... got in a scrape with my 87 B-van that I had at the time, and stupidly traded that 69 straight up for the body shop bill on the van..... lot track of the truck about 10 years ago.


I do have another /6 here on a stand (older forged crank version, with solid lifters..... original 85 engine is cast crank, hyd lifters.) I want to play with that spare engine, and "see what I can make it do".
I mostly want this truck "for fun".....
