It upsets me to no end when things like this happen with places that have a good rep and many satisfied customers. Most of us have been caught in chassis,bodyshop or machine shop prison with some turning out ok and some NOT mad
With being said it's to a point that we must demand a performance contract to go with the original needed contract with a downpayment to cover parts and a receipt for parts sent for the work being contracted. If they are not willing to document EVERYTHING than you might want to go elsewhere. As we saw with Ryan bankruptcy can squash the bast of contracts. Good luck to all involved up
