Unhook the outboard linkage, turn the mixture screws in all the way then out 1 turn. Then turn the idle screw in so the car runs at about 2200rpm. Set your timing at 36* total. once you set that. turn the idle down to about 700. Adjust for best vacuum. You might have to adjust the idle speed again. Hook up the outboards and go for a run. You will probably have to adjust the outboards. By 2 spring kits.
