Appreciate all of the input and have been thinking long and hard about this stuff and decided before I just start throwing $$$ on shocks, that I will either put tubes in the soft azz sidewall tires or buy Hoosier stiff wall slicks and will definitely add a 2nd battery later today. I went an easy 1.33 last time out on the same shocks but changed tires and removed ballast..........BAD MOVE on my part and IF this doesn't work, then new double adjustable shocks will go on the car..........
