Thank you for those answers, now that we can run solids, maybe more rpm is possible. Picked up a LD340 at Carlisle, more open inside then the stock cast iron one, lighter too. Will you use the Jerico, what type clutch-flywheel? Wish I could row one. Mike [/quote]

I doubt the solids will make any difference in RPM over what I am running. The people I have talked with say the LD340 didn't add HP but was worth it for the weight off the nose. I have run a Jerico since the 80's. Rob Youngblood of Advanced clutches in Idaho is the person to go to for those needs. Once you have driven a stick you would never go back to a slush box.
