stock '72 400 , planning on using Hughes whiplash cam or similar

Maybe elaborate on "stock '72 400" for us.
It's 100% stock, 2bbl, running, low compression motor pulled from a 1972 Chrysler Newport. The engine runs great. I'm going to put in cam, 4bbl intake, and carb, oil pan and valve cover gaskets, new water pump and alternator, upgrade distributor, paint it mopar blue, drop it in the barracuda and rock on until it croaks.
