Nice Charger. I'm still tuning my 499" B-block for E-85. Need to change out the 160 degree thermostat for a higher temp one. My engine is not that much different. 12.4:1 compression, Hughes monster ported Victor Max wedge heads (over 385+ cfm), cam is almost the same duration 272/278 110 LSA, using HXL lobes with 1.6:1 rockers (around 0.726" lift) Just using the Indy 4150 single plane and QF-1050 E-85 carb, 2" hooker headers.
