Been driving my /6 Swinger around and noticed an oil leak occuring behind where the intake and exhaust mates together.Its coming from that general area,just a little higher up

Im assuming its either the intake gasket or the head gasket leaking.

If it is the head gasket leaking,whats the worst that can occur if the vehicle is continously driven like this,other than the oil seepage?
