There should not be any oil on that side of the head gasket, but I have seen weirder things. Make sure it's not the valve cover gasket leaking and wicking down. The valve cover looks like it may be leaking toward the rear.

How much oil is the motor using? I would not be overly concerned unless it uses enough that you might run it out.
