You need to KNOW how much vertical you need to
get the intake and filter on it... so how much
is that right now.. leave yourself a extra 1/2"
of vertical for clearance... myself I would cut
the scoop from front to back through the inlet
opening and lift the whole top and blend in what
is needed... it would look more like Ricks challenger
scoop(or buy one like his)
