It's a hydraulic style SB bell from a late 80's to early 90's d150. It has the 435 and 833 bolt patterns. And sized for the large OD retainer. I also checked the bell's bolt pattern to a BB '67 B-body bell by linin up the holes and it appears to match. So the hole on the trans itself seems to be what's off.
