I wasn't making fun...Passion does make a 18 spline much stronger version with better ratios. The one I have is very weak by comparison.
I dunno about that: I know a guy that ran an 833od for years behind a 511 6 pak in a '69 Charger for years and never broke it. He never lost a race either.........
FWIW the hydraulic 833od I just picked up has the slave on the Driver side, just like the linkage set-up OD's. Yours appears to be on the Passenger side?
