The Tank Inc. pump shown is the one I used and I too used the factory sending unit for the gauge and just capped the factory fuel line. I believe spacing it down is gonna do the trick for me since I don't wish to damage a nice factory trunk floor either. I will try to remember to get some pictures of the tank installed tomorrow and pictures form the rear to show the road view.
