The GM TBI throttle body has a built in pressure regulator. You can not get much cheaper than using the GM TBI for fuel injection. The common ECUs are fully hacked and the info on them is free. You will need VSS vehicle speed sensor if you ever want consistent idle speed. All the parts can be junkyard sourced for really low prices.
