It always boggles my mind that a machine shop can't do a job that seems pretty straight forward. And with all the 5 axis stuff they have these days, to index, locate holes, and be able to make a program should not be an issue at all.

Even something as simple as brake caliper brackets I bought from aerospace where machined almost .100 out of square. Of course they made me new ones at no charge, but WTF?
