One member had a great picture of him raising his early B body with his cherry picker by hooking chains to slots in the frame near the radiator core support. I would like to run this route because the Bee's nose is complete and getting the bumpers, valance and all the hardware off to attach the cherry picker out front would be very difficult.

Thanks!

It seems a lot of people missed this ?

I'll ask , since you don't want to take part of the nose off why not just to it the normal way , unless you are in the middle of having to redo the front suspension anyway ?

Way to read, JohnRR!

The hood is perfectly aligned and I don't really want to remove it. I have headers and I don't want to fight with them or risk scratching my fenders or engine bay dropping the engine and trans in. I was planning on this since everyone says it's the way, so I have all my accessories and fan bolted on and ready to go. I know I can raise the car by connecting to the two holes I mentioned. I just need to know what to do with the steering linkage and what the tricks are to getting it done without trouble. For example, I've seen guys do it with the rear axle on jack stands. Others do it on tires. is my 10' ceiling high enough?
