I took the 4 month old fronts rotors in along with the old rear rotors. All 4 had some light grooves even though I never went metal to metal with them. All 4 had some runout, but guess what?
The FRONTS were the worst! The man said they weren't terrible, but they were out by a few thousands. He didn't put a dial indicator on them, just rotated them while adjusting the cutting tool.
At home I went for a drive. I never got to do a 70 to zero stop, but I did do a few stops from 60. All the shake is gone. The real test will be in tomorrows drive home in heavy traffic.
