You're still not getting it (or you're just in denial). HID and incandescent lamps are completely different. The reflectors are not compatible (regardless of the price or quality of Hella lamp you utilizes...I'm guessing they are the vision plus ECE). It's an optical mismatch.

Take it from someone (me) who designed, tested, and manufactured OEM headlamps for several years (for a Hella subsidiary no less). There is a reason the HID retrofits are labeled "for off-highway use only". They do not meet FMVSS/DOT or ECE standards.
