Trust me...I don't have cheap headlamps...I bought some of the most expensive Hella's out on the market. The light spread is exactly what its supposed to be. The lenses are ribbed and frosted. The HIDs have the block off plate on the bulb so as to not hit the others drivers in the eyes. When there are Lexus SUVs, Land Rovers, Hummers with HIDs and blinding everyone on the road...no one says anything....I drive around other cars which are low to the ground...buckets...
