NO! NOOOOOO.... Don't ask me how I know this. use the large round gasket for the housing, and the small round gaskets,one for the inside around the hollow bolt, one for the outside under the hollow bolt head.When I was about 19, that thing gave me fits! Hope this helps, Bear
