runs off vacuum, when the vacuum drops to zeroish (engine under load) the system starts fogging. So say you are at the track, you do you brun out pull up to the the line, turn the system on, stage and nail it. While you are at WOT and enigne is under load it will spray, when you let off it shuts off. It uses a relay. The Snow Perf Stage I kit has everything you need.
