Wow i read and am more afraid than ever, well i decide to take it to Tommy Goza machine shop in Kennesaw, as he did a couple of crankshafts before for me and they where perfect, they quote me 1k for all i need done to the engine so it is about right IMO, i will put it together and blue print it it needs to be perfect,

By the way i did put one together about 16 years ago back in Puerto Rico and never balanced it it was automatic i converted to stick shift with a 10.5 flywheel never balance the flywheel nor the OEM harmonic balancer on tha 67 GTX 440 motor, annd use trw .40 over pistons and that engine is still running today in the same Demon i swap it in, i did ran 11;30's all day with slics on a 18 spline cuda 440 trany and a 3.90 welded gears 8.75 rear end casting 741 that never give me any problems at all!
