Redford Speed Equipment in Detroit was my speed shop in the 70's. Ralph and Carl were awesome guys to deal with! They always had cold beer in the fridge. Guys were constantly dropping off a 12 pack to keep it stocked. I used to cash my weekly paycheck there. How gracious of them, lol.
