Cab, I am currently running two 750's mounted on an Indy tunnel ram . The carbs are just a pair of classics with the air horns milled off, power valve plugged and jetted square but, they worked great! Greg, the cam that I am using now has been in several of my motors and I have run it for years. It was in a B1/BS headed 446, B1/BS headed 528, 440-1's on a 528 and now 440-1's on 572. It is a square cam. 780 lift, 282@ 50 on 110 centerline. Dwayne Porter spec'ed me a new Comp Cam duel pattern cam on a 112 centerline. 800 lift and 292@ 50 on the exhaust and 820 lift and 283@ 50 on the intake. When we dynoed the motor this spring the efficiency went south pretty quick after 6700rpm's. We also wanted soften the bottom up a little bit in an effort to aid traction. You know, running a 10 in. tire on a heavy car with 800 ft lbs of torque, we need all the help we can get. What do you think? Do we have a shot at it?
