i would think the small 7260 joints will hold up if you use a good joint that has a solid cross and not the hollow ones that get greesed.
i allways go to napa for a spicer super joint with the non-greeseable solid cross.

X2. Grease em then install and make SURE it's free in both planes in the front and 1 plane in the rear & after the install set the shaft flat on the bench but slightly supported along it's length so with the ujoint caps slightly up off the ground with the ears are at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock whack the top ear (piece between the shaft and the round cap) solidly with a medium hammer several times then turn it over so the other ear is at 12 o'clock & whack it too then move it back & forth & see if it's totally free. Check it before/after & you'll see the difference. Bang it again if need be. If not free it will not last EDIT use the rounded pein side of the hammer head and do not hit the shaft or the cap and if you are unsure of your accuracy have a helper hold the shaft & you use the hammer and a brass drift
