I'm no big block expert, but that cam looks like a good pick to me.
It's Swifty! Swifty, you toad sucker!

Absolutely great cam for completely stock set-up. Had one in a worn out 440 in 66 satellite, gobs of torque &good power to 5200-5500 rpm, low 13's in 1/4 mi. with 3.55's while starving for fuel at top of every gear.

Gear Ratio? Rear tire size? Auto or 4-speed? If Auto, stock converter? Stock exhaust?
You're picking a pretty mild cam, which may be fine, but you're also leaving some important variables unanswered

Would P4286677 be a better street cam than the factory original in 383 HP Roadrunner (4 spd, stock except for headers, 3.55 or so)?
If it made more power, would that power be higher up in the rpm range?
68 Roadrunner. 383 4-spd. Beat up.
