The book shows it as .100 intake and .120 exhaust but
it also says you can go to .090... I have gone closer
than .070 with a auto trans

im running wo gasket 69 / 90
i have a ton
leaving some hp on the table
this is just a shack down motor anyway
put big one in make it lot closer
prob be 60, 80 with gasket


ooo i wasnt kidding on those ss guys , they use all the chamber they leave almost nothing most hit on the big end they call it tap out
i call it oooo my

.080 / .100 is the " industry standard".

yes but valve chasing piston thing
exhaust always closer it changes the more advance you get on cam

I use .050 as the minimum on the intakes and .060 on the exhaust
