Just wondering if this will work decent or not, are any of you running a Q-Jet on an RPM with the adapter? I'm looking for better mileage over my 650dp, Its on a 360 magnum with the Crosswind RPM, i have a 1705xxxx QJ in good condition & an adapter, i'm not to concerned about the linkage because i'm running a cheetah FMVB, so no kickdown, If anyone is running this set-up on there SB, How well do it do?

Not sure why your mpg's would improve. I'd just tstick with what you have. Especially if it's on and tuned. If you are that concerned about mpg maybe lean it out some and set your timing back a few.
I guess i could lean it out some more, i'm back too the stock jetting (67/73)
My only option would be the M1 dual plane for the magnum, i think its spreadbore exceptable.

There's always the LD340 intake, can be modded to accept a thermoquad. Also, hotroddave was reporting good results with taking an adapter and porting it and the intake together to smooth out the transition.

Drill the LA intake then. It's been done.
How hard is it too do? Doesn't look like theres enough meat in those areas for the straight down bolts. Does anyone have a pic??

Not sure how hard it is, but I thought someone sold some wedge-shaped adapters kinda like a very thick washer so that when you tork your la intake down on magnum heads it keeps the bolts at a 90* angle to their mounting surface.
