Anyone know a good way to open a trunk without a key? Friend lost his key. Thinking about drilling out the lock, don't know of any better way. I'm assuming drill in far enough to gut the cylinder, then use a screwdriver to pop the latch?

if button doesn't work simply find the wire down the carpet or kick panel area and power it up with a jumper wire from some batt source ( fuse box will work )
plug tipically must be around that area
normally, is a black wire

Reminds of my son in the road runner "Dad put the window down" "What? do it yourself" "There is no button" "That's what the cranks for" "Oh"
What was I thinking....
