here's an old pic of the '70 383 that's in my B-body. Pretty straight forward on what goes where once you start putting it together. Don't forget to seal the studs into the heads. Edit: I just bought a stainless harware kit from one of the vendors... IIRC A+M

Looks good! I already ordered the spark plug brackets, but wasn't sure if I needed the sleeve nuts or not. I have a set of 8 studs and regular nuts already. From the pic it looks like the last 2 studs have sleeve nuts on them. Is that a correct assumption?
The issue I have is none of my cars have the correct hardware. They either have headers and bolts, or exhaust manifolds with bolts. That being said I have nothing to reference on what is correct. I have seen the exhaust manifold kits, but they come with 8 studs, 8 nuts and 3 sleeve nuts. It sounds like its a universal blanket application, so I'm not sure which pieces I need to go with. Thanks for the pic.

Bill got to it, three sleeve nuts. 2 on the rt, 1 on the left
