maxwedge1 OP mopar M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 536 PA	considering a victor or m1. currently running wieand stealth. mildly ported x-heads,hughes cam .540ish lift. motor seems to flatten out around 5000rpm or so,wondering if the intake is restricting upper rpm power?

It actually picked up the 60' and gave me another 600 rpm of power. I only have the MP crate motor cam with .501/.513 lift (hyd roller) so I was shocked the intake made this much differance. It was also good for .45 on the ET. Give it a try. 76' Volare, 5.9 magnum w/Iron heads. New best 10.68 at 123 mph 1/4 mile.

I realise the iron heads keep it from true potential but the x's won out over $$eddies. i beleive i did a decent job porting the x's were they shouldnt be done at 5000 rpm, just lookin for another 1000 rpm without major surgery.
