after 20 yrs the 3" dynomax super turbos are shot....i would like something a bit more aggressive.
is there anything else the same dimensions that plugs in or close enough that would work with some slip extensions or will a trip to exhaust shop be needed?

I like Pypes race pros’ I picked up 2/10’s changing to them from the muffler you have been running. Also lost the drone that it had at 2500 rpm. Do not get the violators, they are loud and sound horrible.

Within a given case size, I haven't found the entry/exit pipe centerlines to be significantly different if they're the same center/offset design.
It can get tricky if you have to rotate a tailpipe a bit in a tight space and/or welded-on tips on an A-body.
I swapped 3 sets of mufflers on a '64 B-body trying to get the right sound, and it was easy.

Of my 2 Road Runners, the yellow one with a full restoration exhaust from Accurate is louder and crisper than the other (blue car) which is the same except for Dynomax Super Turbos.
Engine-wise, yellow has a bit more CR and slightly more aggressive cam specs, and the Decor Group chrome tips; both have stock exhaust manifolds.

Hooker Aero Chambers sound good, supposedly flow pretty well, and are not crazy loud under normal driving. Unsure if they are an easy transfer from what you have?

If super aggressive sounding is the priority I think of the Spintech mufflers. More like a Flowmaster type sound on steroids than an insulated turbo muffler.

FWIW, I believe the Dynomax mufflers have a 16" body length. The Mopar mufflers are offset in / center out.

1966 Satellite Hemi , slight bump over stock compression. Stock H pipe and 2.25 inch tail pipes
Also Dynomax Super Turbos

Both are exact same style mufflers, just different part number due to pipe size
