you may not find a listing for that specific application, it's easier to just measure the length needed and order one with the correct ends. Here's a write up I did when trying for find sway bar links on a 74 Ramcharger with D60/D70 swapped axles and is the same thing I did when I replaced the rear sway bar links on my 70 Coronet R/T which has an old addco sway bar from the late 70's early 80's https://www.ramchargercentral.com/threads/ramcharger-front-sway-bar-end-link-findings-data.332470/

Depends on how "correct" you want them to look. Factory ones di not use the center spacer tubes as do the aftermarkets. VERY inexpensive, and for me somewhat OEM appearing and hidden anyway.
Facts are stubborn things.
