.030" aluminum. Bend at a 90 on the edge for stiffness. Taper the foam to fill the gap. Cheap and light. Doug

Heres mine . Its actually nade of plywood . Bolted to a air cleaner base. Foam to seal . This is under a six pack scoop/ hood
