I have run much tighter than that, with an engine that shifted at 8500. Send it.

Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston

Race build ok. gear/belt drive, even better

Something your building for a couple of hundred thousand trouble free miles not so much. When the timing chain stretches, exhaust is gonna hit. I have seen stock 318's with shinny spots when they are wore out.

On the parachute mount

Stock Magnum heads are done at 5800-6100 , Intake valves chase the piston so they good, Exh at .090 is good

Noted.... it does have a brand new double roller tho so hopefully will be good for a while.

It'd be nice to use all that RPM, but with a 216/224 @.050 cam on a 114 LSA I doubt we'll peak past 5500..... wish I coulda found a tighter LSA and had more P2V for more duration. I should mention these numbers are with the timing set retarded 4 degrees... it had .032" intake clearance with it installed at 109... it's at 113 now.

Your good as far as I'm concern, I run them tighter than this with good parts and check every valve to piston scopeup
