Demon fits just fine in a duster. How are you mounting the alternator? Down low on the driver's side. You can see the slot.

Don't know if this has been asked before but what happened to your R5 P7 engine? Sold it in spring. My dad is getting into cars finally. He bought a 72 demon. So I figured I'd turn my car back into a street car and enjoy life. Go cruising with the old man. Track life was fun, but I was usually going by myself. It gets old.

So you are putting that motor into a street car? Which tranny will you use? My car has run at 1250 crank HP with the 3 sp727 (that was OK at refresh by PTC) would probably be a good choice ( not an 8 speed), or a glide. I live close to a good track and KOS is a valid class on a few races.

I am assuming you made the engine plate yourself? The engine plate is a combination of Bob Ettes work and mine. He had all the homework done on the timing cover and water pump stuff. I machined the all the SC stuff into it. Going to digitize the whole thing and it will be part of the kit.

I've completed a kit for the restomod guys, so they can adapt one of the many hellcat SCs laying around to a 5.7, 6.1, or 6.4. Working on variations as well, to not have to use the motorplate. Have not advertised yet, as I'm still working on price and production. It will also work with Demon and Hellephant SC, should you obtain one of those.

This table has the part number. How much will these engines and the install kit cost? What is involved to mate a Gen 3 to a 727? Second choice would be a glide. motor: PN 77072492 install kit PN 77072500 What shop wants to be the phirst to put one of these in a street / strip KOS 71 Demon?

What is that for? I no nothing about gen 3.
Yeah, if this looks like a good idea, it will go into my 71 Demon that is already pretty racy but is driven to the track and around. When installing a hellcat, demon, or hellephant in a A or B body the water manifold on the rear of the SC will hit the firewall. Many guys have chopped their firewall's up. I saw a need for these so I designed these to take the place of the factory water manifold. They are 1.5" shorter than the factory manifold, which gains you the room you need and not chop up the firewall.
