I picked up this Western Sport Special Dart with what looks to be the factory rims. They are wider than the normal sbp wheels yet very different looking than the 5.5" wheels. Anyone know what these are?

Forget the darts wheels! What about those trailer wheels! Never saw someone run big and littles on their trailer! If you actually knew Joe you'd understand. Obviously cheap used tires are the reason why. That or he hoping to start a new trend of big and little's on trailers.
Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Well crap! If Jim (Rhinodart) doesn't know now I'm really puzzled! I guess I should keep them because as soon as I'd sell the car they'd turn out to be something I shouldn't have let go!
Are you going to MCACN Jim? I'f I'm motivated enough in the morning I'll pull one off & bring it.
As far as the trailer tires it shadowing and the way the trailer is torqued into the lane at the gas station!

? the placard in the photo says 3.75" bolt circle. No, the Placard says bolt space, not bolt circle. Big difference. '69 Dart should be standard bolt pattern. 5 bolt X 4.5 inch circle. As for those wheels I have no clue.

I'm now restoring the wheels on my one owner '69 Hamtramck Barracuda with 14 x 5.5 wheels.
3 are original factory wheels of 11/11/68 and 11/12/68, and 2 are parts counter wheels of 7/24/70 and 12/23/71, because my then wife wiped out 2 on a curb.
The 3 original 1968 wheels have shallow bosses between the lug holes, and the ends toward the center of rotation are pointy.
The '70 and '71 wheels have bigger bosses with round ends.
Top 2 photos show original '68 wheels first, '70 and '71 wheels below.

All 5 wheels were made in Canada. The 3 original wheels and one of the parts counter wheels have 8 big spot welds. The 12/23/71 wheel has 4 automated bead welds.

Quote "bolt pattern on a '69 Dart would be 5 bolt x 4" bolt circle." Oops. Not that familiar with A bodies. When did they get the Bigger size? 1973 was the first year that production A body cars were available with the standard Mopar 4.5 inch bolt circle. Now....At that time, there were still 4 wheel drum cars both the 9 inch front and 10 inch front. There is some that say that after 1974, no front drum cars were built. I have owned more than one 1975-76 car with small 9 inch drums at all four wheels. There has been debate that since the Mopar parts catalogs didn't list front drums for 1975 and 1976 cars, they were not built. Believe what you want, I owned two. I've also seen numerous 75-76 cars in wrecking yards with 4 wheel drum brakes. Also, ALL 4 wheel drum A body cars were small bolt pattern.
