dragon slayer pro stock D Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 1,321 VA	You use the tool shown or an appropriate puller to remove the pulley. The threads are for reinstalling because the pump assembly internals are sensitive to position and if you try to press the pulley on you can dislodge the back of the pump and it will not prime or pump fluid. The threaded tool engages the shaft and you are pulling the pulley on to the shaft without effecting the pump assembly. Last edited by dragon slayer; 08/12/17 11:20 AM.
