with fuel injection you should put a screen mesh filter, 20 micron, BEFORE the pump and a fine paper, 100 micron, somewhere AFTER the pump and before the injectors and regulators.

I am using an Edelbrock -6AN 40 micron filter on the Holley terminator. BTW, I do have the Madhu pulse width regulator operating in a non return environment running 45psi to the throttle body. Craig

The Spectra tank has a built in pump with built in sock filter. That is why I am just using a 40 micron filter in line with the injectors. My filter is under the hood inline with the fuel supply to the injectors. The pressure gauge to activate the PWM is on a T on the outlet of the EFI with a cap on the end. This is where the mechanical bypass regulator was hooked up but it is not needed now. I am also using this sensor on the Megasquirt so I can monitor and log fuel pressure. Craig
