I have a 582" Hemi with Indy 426-1RA heads that have been ported to the max. The intake runner have epoxy due to going through to the water jacket. Are the runner to thin to put under boost and have you ever run a boosted runner with epoxy?

I had a intake runner with epoxy without any added
pressure.. just the thermo expansion and cooling the
epoxy came loose.. this was with about 400 miles on
it.. I wouldnt want epoxy in a pressurized set up.. JMO

Depends how much boost you are talking. 7 psi I wouldn't care, 21 psi would be a different story.

I'm thinking 25-30 lbs of boost...

I'd be scared to blow the port out then suck oil in.

But if it holds you will make 2000HP

They are aluminum, Take the epoxy out, weld them up, smack it with all the boost you want. Jr

I assume the hole is in the bottom epoxy area in that
pic.. looks like a easy area to weld up... might cost
you a few bucks but it would be well worth the cost...
he could weld that up through the valve opening with the
valve out
