Did you seal the port from a air leak or a water leak. And Im not implieing that there is anything wrong with JB weld. mike

WHAT?
JB Weld is OK for filling pinholes (to air) or rocker cover bolt-holes but, it's too snotty for shaping, unless you dam it up somehow and grind it to shape after it sets up.

z-spar is the company name. splash zone is also a name its called. part number is a-788 here is a small link to what i am speaking of. green when cured. do not breath the dust when grinding. we use it in the comp eliminator motors. we do not use it on the exhaust side for obvious reasons. http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=79357Fsteve
