I suck with names, their is a guy on here that has gone 9.40's in a Duster. I bought 1, 18 months ago and I'm about to put it in my Valiant Had to get a bell housing for my glide to go sm blk, had an adapter to bolt motor to trans, since the bolt pattern is unique to Nascar, had to get a flywheel, had a spacer and adapter made for fly wheel I'm looking to be nda 8's with 2 small stages I think it would have been easier to stay stick, but you need a good trans

Or don't. Find someone who doesn't feel the need to lie to you to get your money. Was I the random case ? A quick check of his ebay feedback tells me otherwise.

I have never dealt with Rick, but i think i would stay away from him. For whatever reason, he has other prioritys in his life. I dont know nor do i care to know what they are, but alot of people have had bad experiences with him. There are enough other people out there who want to help, check them out first. Atleast 3 guys have said they can help you out, i would try them.

Don't buy anything from this guy. His products are junk and well that is if you ever see the part you paid for. The machining on the adapter plate is horrible. Looks like a a 10 year old kid did it with a hand drill and tapped the holes the same way. Also he will make you think the plate is all you need. Once you get it you have a buy a very expensive starter, very expensive billet flexplate and other misc things. I've been told in the end you can end up with over 2k in the plate and still cant bolt up a trans successfully.
I've had many people contact me about him and not one person had anything good to say.
Just another Kelly Hammack if you ask me.....

I thought 40 Ford was being modest by not mentioning their times when they got the FED out at the end of last season, then I realized his post was Feb. 1 of '09, not two days ago. Jeff got his license passes in at Huntsville, AL in late Sept. best was a 4.90+, don't remember the speed, then at Bowling Green at the GoodGuys in Oct, went 7.69 @ 182, still got a lot left in the tuneup, but since he's running 7.50 index just sneaking up on it. Determined it was way undercammed, think they are going to dyno sometime this or next month with a new one. Not sure who they got their adapter from but they used my old glide with the Hemi bell, the bigblock pattern is completely outside of the p/7 bellhousing pattern so there are no overlapping studs, worked out really well. BTW the little motor really screams, got an awful lot of attention both times out. Here's a link, hope it works: http://www.trupiano-images.com/Cars/SAT-...468_pcg7b/Large
