I don't know if they're all like this but I bought a Coan LBA RMVB and it requires changes to the transmission to work. Here's a link to the installation instructions http://www.coanracing.com/PDFS/InstallInstructions/COA-42011.pdf So at least with that one, you can't just bolt it in and expect to have LBA. No I haven't installed it yet. The car currently has a TurboAction RMVB with no LBA installed. It has a part number etched into it by TA that identifies what it is, maybe yours does too?

The servo mods are common, even with full-auto VB's. An etched/stamped P/N is the only way to tell.
