My 1971 RR heater core finally sprung a leak. All the replacements I find online are for cars WITH a/c. My RR is a non-ac car. Does my car have the same heater core with or without A/C? For example I was looking at this: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail...ord=heater+coreAlso, I have never taken out a heater core. Does it really suck as bad as I have been told? eightlitermopar

use your old heater hoses on the firewall nipples & modulate your garden hose psi to flush the antifreeze out of the core to elim any of it getting on the carpet etc when you pull/tip the heater box for removal (low psi-its already leaking)
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

Thanks for the heads up! I will block it off for now. I don't really need it currently in Florida, I just don't want the thing leaking. Now I have another thing to add to my list.
thanks again
