Factory 3.23 posi rear end. I've used these tires on 8" rims before on my 71 Road runner with no issues. The tires are spec'd for an 8-10" rim, so I'm fine with the rim size. I'm just not sure if the wheel well is same from the E body vs B as far as being able to tuck these in? Thanks

Get the relocation kit from dr diff and run a b body rearend. It's a bolt in and with a 10" rim with 5.5" back space you can run that tire easy! I have 325-50's under my cuda with this setup and rolled fender lips. What year B body rear?
