Some trimming by the roof gutter as they are made to be installed without a roof. Where the quarter meets the bumper requires some attention. But still a nice part in my opinion.

Just installed a pair on a 69 bee post car. No issues as I installed tail panel too. I never trimmed up any of it. I melted the lead out of the sail panel seam. Drilled out the drip rail spot welds by the 1/4 windows slipped it up under the roof and into the area in the drip rail area. Fit it over the factory wheel houses and it was all set. If you have a Facebook account look up Hartford's Best Paint and Body. I should have some pics there.

I ordered a quarter for my 69' Bee from Summit. How is the fitment of these? I have read somewhere that the rear window flange is stamped at the wrong angle on the pillar. Any other problems?
i had problems with the rear window flange angle and i had to add quite a bit of metal around the wheelwell radius to mate it up to the quarter properly.

. I am going to replace the outer wheel house and the trunk floor extension so maybe I can get those areas to work with out too much grief . The window flange I plan on leaving the original if I have to and cut the replacement panel to fit. We will see how it goes....

i replaced both of those parts also. if i had to do it all over again,i would of spliced what i had to in the wheelwell area instead of replacing the whole thing because you will be amazed at how bad it will fit all together.. they have retooled that outer wheelwell 3 times that i know of for that very reason. good luck

That's how I did a 70 runner I'm working on now and I had to add some metal to on to get it to fit how I liked. The ds fit better than the ps... that's one parts I have yet to get from any manufacturer that fit like an original.

Jeez John...they were sold to a board member 20 minutes after I posted the pictures...should have said "$200 for both and cant give them away to any cheap Canucks up here". I'm 10 minutes from the NY state border where they are headed,... ...must be where all the money is.

Ya, those look like about a foot or so are cut off the rear. But they have real nice wheel openings, well worth the price
They sure were
They are going to donate bits and pieces for my Bee. Nice to keep it real with original metal.
